This is a lock bracket this slips into the tie-down slots on our brand and all other brands of similar roto-molded coolers. It allows the cooler to be locked via a bike lock or similar to the bed of a truck, etc. It is designed to allow the lid to still be opened while the cooler is secured. If you desire to lock the lid down as well, your cooler already has lock hasps at the front 2 corners!
