M/84Pletslring (“Spots”)was the first standard issue camouflage pattern of the Danish Armed Forces. Trials were held in the late 1970s, ultimately resulting in M/84’s adoption. M/84 was developed using drawings of Flecktarn B (Gro) produced for German camouflage trials during the 1970s. Colors were changed to suit Danish desires and M/84 was born.
Unfortunately this pattern was phased out in 2011 in favor of Multicam.
While the majority of M/84 surplus was burned or otherwise disposed of, we managed to source a small batch of these unissued rain jackets and pants earlier this year.
