Handmade Quality:

SourBoysare made using traditional old-world licorice production methods. All SourBoys contain the following base ingredients,Glucose Syrup(GMO-Freeconfectioner’s glucose, it’s pretty much just sugar and water), Wheat Flour(we use lower gluten pastry flour to help with gelatinization and shelf-life), Cane Sugar(pure sugar from right here in Texas BB), RSPO Palm Oil(sustainable palm oil, not the healthiest fat, but it makes up <2% of the total product), Water(RO water, pretty simple LOL), Sodium Citrate(alkalinizing agent and emulsifier to bring together oil/water… also is kinda sour), Malic Acid(pureeeee sourrrrrrr), Natural Flavoring(these flavors are impressive and extremely fun to work with),and Dyes From Natural Sources(our common dyes are turmeric, spirulina, and a mix of vegetable and fruit juices).

What willNEVERbe found in SourBoys candy:

• Artificial Flavors, Dyes, Sweeteners, or Preservatives
• Animal Products, including gelatin.
• Rare Sugars, Sugar Alcohols, Malitol, IMO, or anything that isn’t real.
