Plus, they eliminate hot spots and pressure points for more miles and more support in any terrain. The four sections of 7075 aluminum collapse down to a mere 16 for easier portability and storage. These rugged poles also come with removable hiking baskets and snow baskets (lock pin style) and replaceable rubber boot tips.
