Durable trekking shorts that flex in all the right places

A shortie version of Fjllrvens fan-favourite Keb trousers, these pro-quality trekking shorts are super-tough and comfortable for extended expeditions or demanding outdoor work. Like their longer cousins, they’re a mix of stretch fabric and Fjllrvens famously durable G-1000 polycotton meaning that they flex in all the right places while being highly resistant to abrasion. You can also make them more weatherproof by applying a temporary treatment of Fjllrvens Greenland wax, which you can easily wash out if you want to maximise breathability instead. The slightly longer length compared to some hiking shorts means the Kebs can accommodate two useful leg pockets with buttoned flaps ideal for your compass, phone or other little essentials.

  All you need is a tape measure!

  Avoid bulky clothes

  For the most accurate result, you should be measured wearing only your undergarments or close-fitting clothing, for example, a base layer. Its not a good idea to measure yourself wearing jeans, sweaters or other bulky clothing.

  1. Head– Measure the head around the biggest part and above your eyebrows.
  2. Arm Length– Bend the elbow slightly, then measure from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder to the elbow, and down to the wrist.
  3. Chest– Measure straight under your arms around your body at the fullest part of your chest.
  4. Waist– Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
  5. Seat– Standing with your feet hip-width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
  6. Inner Leg Length– Standing in a straight position, measure from your crotch down the inside leg to the floor.
