Freeze Dried Chia with Almonds and Cranberry

A quick, delicious and nutritious treat

Conventional preparation

1. Combine the cold water and the contents of the bag. Mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
3. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
4. May be served as breakfast cereals when a little more water is added.

Express preparation(one serving only)

1. Add boiling water, mix well and seal bag. Let stand for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
2. May be served as breakfast cereals when a little more water is added.
