Larger frame version of an ultralight classic

The original Chair Zero is Helinoxs lightest camping chair the ultimate trekking and backpacking companion. Its tiny pack size means you can add a little luxury to overnighters with minimal weight penalty. The only real downside of this small but perfectly formed seat is that it isn’t ideal for larger or heavier campers so we’re delighted to see they’ve brought out a slightly bigger version. At 660g, it’s only 150g heavier than the standard Chair Zero, but it’ll take 25kg more weight meaning it’s great for campers up to 145kg. Apart from the slightly larger frame, it’s the same tried-and-tested Chair Zero, with featherlight ripstop seat and durable aluminium alloy frame. It’s quick to put up, and means even the most pernickety gram-counters can enjoy a bit of comfort at the end of a long day.
