Look, your training plan doesnt care if its a Monday night, youre tired from a full day at the office, and its dark and cold out there. Get out there and put in those miles. But to do that, you need a handy headlamp thatll do the job without weighing you down. Weighing barely 35g, Petzls Bindi fits in the palm of your hand but boasts up to 200 lumens of power. That makes it ideal for urban training runs charging through city parks and dimly-lit streets. The headband features a reflective thread that will mean youre easy to pick out in the glare of streetlamps or car headlights too. Of course, it works just as well for everyday pursuits, from charity moonwalks to regular camping weekends. The minimal yet functional design is easy to use, with a battery that charges via micro-USB port: no need to scrabble around trying to find AAAs.

Supports Eco Initiatives – The Petzl Foundation supports non-profit organizations whose role is to discover and protect biodiversity on cliffs, in caves and in mountain ranges
As a brand, Petzl was born in the darkness. Their story began with founder Fernand Petzls passion for caving, back in the mid-1930s. Out of that passion, Petzl started to design innovative solutions for ascending, descending, belaying and moving about underground. This included pioneering headlamps and rope safety equipment. But alpinists soon discovered that what worked below the earth also worked above it, and Petzl kit was quickly co-opted by climbers, mountaineers and skiers.
Today, Petzl remains one of the leading technical brands in all these fields, still devoted to one mission: to access the inaccessible. The product range is split into two core categories: lighting which includes some of the worlds most advanced head torches; and verticality highly technical equipment designed for those venturing into the worlds loftiest mountain ranges as well as the globes deepest, darkest places.
