XE PRO is a direct competitor to the E Ride Pro 3.0 SS with a larger battery and more affordable price point.

XE PRO S is a direct competitor to the E Ride Pro SR with better suspension, larger battery and a direct chain drive for more efficient power delivery and reliability.

Shipping

All Bike orders are shipped via freight (normally Fed Ex), we will call or email you to confirm the freight delivery within 2 business days (the bike will be picked up within 5 business days max). Once the freight date has been confirmed. You must be at the delivery location to accept the pallet freight. If the freight is sent back due to address issue, location access, no one to accept the delivery, or no room. We will charge the freight cost amount off of the order amount and order will get refunded. Freight typically takes 2 to 5 business days from freight pick up date.

Warranty

Arctic Leopard 1 Year or 1,000 miles, whichever one comes first.
