Toyota Land Cruiser 1991-1997 80 Series – Rear Plate System

All our systems start with the Goose Gear Land Cruiser Plate System. This is the foundation of every system, once the Rear Plate System is installed you can add modules and/or CampKitchen or Icebox.

This system requires the removal of the rear factory slide and carpet kit. Does not require cutting or drilling of any part of the vehicle. Once the plate is installed you now have a clean and flat surface perfect for mounting Goose Gear Modules or your own storage system and accessories.

The LC80 Plate System is designed to work with the Goose GearSecond Row Seat DeletePlate System to make a complete sleeping platform.

Plate systems are designed to accommodate all Goose Gear Modules and include all required anchors pre-installed into the plate to secure the modules.This plate is designed for the complete removal of the vehicles third row of seats.All plate models require the removal of the rear carpet, underlayment foam and some plastic trim pieces.

Includes fasteners to secure plate system to vehicle using existing threaded inserts within vehicle body.

Extremely light weight for its strength, the weight of the plate runs approximately 45 pounds.

Wider Modules for the 80 Series Version 2 Plate.The version two plate features widened anchor points for Goose Gear Modules. This means you can run an IceBox or a CampKitchen and a single or double drawer that is up to 24-3/16″ wide and for single drawers they are now offered in 36″ and up to 40″ length. If you choose to add standard profile sleep platforms you will need to select the 24-3/16″ wide x 8″ high x 40″ deep modules or the Side x Side Module at 43-3/8″ wide x 8″ high x 40″ deep.
